Mascolino Property Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates an SMS communications program to coordinate construction projects, walkthroughs, estimates, invoices, receipts, and follow-ups with our customers and prospective customers. This page explains what you are agreeing to when you opt in to receive text messages from us.

How you opt in

We will only send you SMS messages that are relevant to your project, inquiry, or ongoing relationship with our business. We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute your phone number to any third party for marketing purposes.

What we send

Message frequency and fees

Message frequency depends on your project activity. During an active project, you may receive several messages per week. During inactive periods, you may receive no messages at all.

Msg & data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to each message you send or receive. Mascolino Property Solutions LLC does not charge you a fee to receive SMS messages, but your carrier may charge based on your phone plan. Contact your carrier for details.

Supported carriers

Our SMS program supports all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms
