Floors That Stay Flat, Quiet, and Tight — Because the Subfloor Comes First

Squeaks, gaps at the seams, and planks that bounce aren't flooring problems — they're subfloor problems that got covered instead of corrected. Any floor is only as good as what it sits on.

We flatten, secure, and repair the subfloor first, then install LVP, hardwood, laminate, or tile with proper acclimation, tight seams, and transitions that don't catch your socks. It's the difference between a floor that impresses on day one and one that still does in year ten.

Flooring Installation — Straight Answers

What flooring is best for kitchens and basements?

Waterproof LVP is the workhorse — it handles moisture, wears hard, and looks convincingly like wood. We'll bring samples to the estimate so you see it in your light.

Do you move furniture and remove old flooring?

Yes to both. Tear-out, disposal, and furniture handling are quoted up front so the price you approve is the whole price.

Why does flooring need to acclimate?

Wood and even some vinyl expand and contract with humidity. Letting material acclimate on site before installation is why our seams stay tight through NJ's seasons.
